
Rev. Dr. Oscar Williams, Jr., a musician, educator, speaker, and cultural ambassador has traveled the world spreading the message of love and life through the medium of music. Having obtained a master’s in music composition and a doctorate in education, Williams has positioned himself to be at the cutting edge of innovation and change when it comes to challenging the status quo and cultivating change in all communities. His musical career has spanned 20+ years, traveling domestically and internationally with programs such as: Rhythm Road, American Music Abroad, The Golden Gospel Singers, and touring his own cultural music show entitled “Speak life.”
Williams is currently building a performing arts charter school in Dallas, Texas, that focuses on STEAM curriculum and using the performing arts to help students achieve higher academic success. Williams is also involved in many international cultural exchange programs serving as a mentor to musicians in both Liberia and Ghana. He released his first music project in 2004 and landed on Billboards Top 40 charts. He currently has a new release out entitled, “Speak Life,” that charter #25 on iTunes in its first week. Williams serves as the Executive Director of Music at the Potter’s House Church. He also is an adjunct professor at Trevecca University. He is the CEO and found of Speak Life Academy of Arts and Music, INC, and the CEO of Speak Life, LLC – a music entertainment firm.
